20 minutes healthy meal
Fresh cod -buttered in egg and flower, boiled baby potato ,fresh rocket, tomato, pepper, lemon juice , soya sauce salad! Fish fry on the fry pen for about 15 minutes ,in hight temperature to keep fish crispy ! Enjoy ! Simple and healthy meal !;)

Fried fish -asparagus-baby corn- samphire
Easy to prepare summer dish . White fish fillet cut into smaller pieces and dip with egg and flower . Fry in high temperature for about 15-20 minutes . Steam vegetables for about 10-15 minutes lastly add samphire and steam for about 2-3 minutes !
Squeeze lemon add salt and enjoy! Don't add salt on samphire as it is naturally very salted ! ;)

Grilled courgette and potato steaks !
Grade the courgette , potato onion and add done bread crumble . Then add egg , mix all together and make little steaks . You can fry it on the fry pan or grill but temperature of the oil has to be very high .fry for about 20 min ,add salad and enjoy !
Grilled lamb
This is one of the easiest and most delicious dishes ! Marinate lamb in olive oil , yoghurt, garlic,mint and lemon juice 2hrs before serving ! Then grill on the grill for about 15-20 minutes , add salad and potato or rice and enjoy !
